"The Bridges of Madison County, I don't really remember how I found out about it because I read it long before it became popular and made into a movie. But one of the reasons I was interested in reading it was because it was about a woman, a wife that stayed at home and had resettled, and sort of settled for less than maybe what she wanted or thought she wanted. She was in a situation of a real struggle between wanting to do the best for her family as opposed to fulfilling her own personal needs, and the reason I could relate to that is because I felt myself to be in a similar situation.
The type of person that I think would get the most out of this book is a woman that is in that situation. I think there are a lot of women in marriages with children where they feel trapped.
I would give this book still four stars."
