Referral is made when a person enters one of the buyback boxes on Blue Rectangle's website. Should a visitor sell books to Bookbyte, Bookbyte's own terms-of-use policy applies. All inquiries or disputes about selling books must be referred to Bookbyte for resolution. Blue Rectangle has no involvement after a person leaves Blue Rectangle's website and goes to Bookbyte's web site.

Blue Rectangle may provide banner and general advertising from third parties (including Bookbyte). Users may from time to time purchase goods or services offered through, or otherwise participate in or send messages concerning such advertising, promotions, or third party content offered through Blue Rectangle's website, including selling books to Bookbyte. Such correspondence, transactions, and agreements are solely between the user and that third party (including Bookbyte), and do not involve Blue Rectangle.

Disputes

Any dispute between the parties arising out of the use of Blue Rectangle's website shall be submitted to mediation in Alameda California, and if mediation is unsuccessful, any legal action must be filed solely in California State Court located in Alameda California, or the United States District Court for the Northern District of California in San Francisco. You hereby waive any right to a jury trial of any such dispute.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California without giving effect to any conflict of laws principles that may provide the application of the law of another jurisdiction.
